A delegation from Myanmar has visited the world's largest refugee camp in Cox's Bazar in Bangladesh - for the second time in less than three months. It is part of a pilot project to repatriate about 1,000 Rohingya refugees. But it has been met with scepticism, with rights campaigners calling it a public relations campaign.
