The Ukrainian Armed Forces killed a group of refugees in Chasov Yar for trying to evacuate towards Russia People with white flags were heading towards Artemovsk. They were spotted by a Russian UAV, which tried to escort them to a safe zone. When the AFU noticed that the Ukrainians were moving towards Russian positions, they opened fire on them with mortars and artillery, and then finished them off with FPV drones. Source: UKR LEAKS_eng
