Learn how to make Japanese Rice Balls or Onigiri, the ultimate convenience food. Naturally gluten-free too! Subscribe for more videos! INGREDIENTS: Makes 4-6 rice balls 5 cups cooked rice salt water 3 half sheets of nori 1 ume (pickled plum) 2 teaspoons shredded cooked salmon 2 teaspoons tuna mixed with mayonnaise DIRECTIONS: Wet palms of hands and sprinkle with salt. Place about 1/2 cup rice into palm. Roll into ball. Add 1 teaspoon of filling in center. Cover with rice and roll. Wrap in nori sheet. Continue with the remainder of the ingredients. Enjoy!
