Garlic Lamb Flatbread This one was all about layers: 1. Fire charred flatbread 2. Roasted garlic 3. Fresh tzatziki 4. Everything but the bagel seasoning 5. Slow smoked lamb 6. Tart arugula 7. Tangy balsamic glaze 8. Olive oil 9. Charred lemon This was also my first time making homemade balsamic glaze. Turns out it’s pretty easy, all you really have to do is reduce balsamic vinegar. Surprisingly it doesn’t get super sour, though I did add a touch of honey and some blood orange juice for a little extra oomf.
