How to make a delicious and portable Omurice, which is Japanese Omelette Rice. Onigirazu is a new type of Onigiri (Japanese Riceball) that's more of a rice sandwich, which is why we prefer to call it that. Easy to make and delicious! Subscribe! INGREDIENTS: 2 mini sausages 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp mixed frozen vegetables 1 small bowl of cooked Japanese rice 1 tbsp ketchup salt and pepper to taste 1 sheet nori 1 egg, beaten DIRECTIONS: Cut sausages into small pieces. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and turn on the heat. Add in sausages and mixed vegetables and cook for a minute. Add in cooked rice and continue cooking, making sure ingredients are combined. Add 1 tbsp ketchup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another minute, mixing ingredients together. Set aside. To make the omelette, grease pan with some oil and pour in 1 beaten egg. Cook until egg is done. Try to make the omelette square so it easily fits into your rice sandwich. Once it's done, transfer to a plate. Put a sheet of plastic wrap on your work surface. Place nori on top of the plastic. Put half the cooked rice on top, making a diamond shape. Put the egg on top, followed by the rest of the rice. Once ingredients are stacked, fold nori over. Then wrap tightly with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 10 minutes. Carefully cut in half and enjoy! We would like to have as many people enjoy our videos.
