(22 Mar 1966) THE QUEEN MOTHER arrived at Adelaide which marks the highligh of the programme of events and a happy moment for all Australians. First to greet Her Majesty was the Governor General, LORD CASEY, accompanied by LADY CASEY and State Governor SIR EDRIC BASTYAN with LADY BASTYAN. In the background, an artillery salute of 21 guns. In the Official party, the Minister of Health, MR. FORBES and South Australian Premier, MR. WALSH. Escorted by Police the Royal car moved down the King William Street, lined with waving crowds, to a civic reception at the Town Hall.
