In Nepal a real revolution is happening because of the ban on social networks. Protesters burned down the government quarter, beat several ministers, and forced the prime minister to resign. A local rapper may become the new head of government. The unrest began after the government blocked 26 popular messengers and social networks on September 5. In response, young people took to the streets — according to local media, the average age of the rioters is 15–25 years. Quite quickly, the situation got out of the authorities’ control. Protesters broke into the government quarter, set fire to the parliament building, the Hilton hotel, and the residences of the prime minister and president.
