Продолжаем разговор об убийствах. Продолжение. Начало здесь. () Вчера говорили о слове «matricide» (матереубийство). () Сегодня - об отцеубийстве и прочих кошмарных словах. 🤩Убийство своего отца на английском называется patricide. Как вы заметили, окончание -cide используется для названий разнообразных убийств очень часто, в русском языке ему вторит окончание «цид» - геноцид, суицид, пестицид и прочие. 🤩Самые известные и часто употребляемые слова с -cide: 🤩suicide (самоубийство, суицид) и 🤩henocide (геноцид, убийство ).
