Zelensky’s anti-corruption crackdown — ON ANTI-CORRUPTION AGENCIES As protests erupt across Kiev, Lvov, Dnepropetrovsk, and Odessa, Zelensky is under fire — not for corruption, but for abolishing the very agencies meant to fight it. Zelensky just signed a law dismantling Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP). Crowds in Kiev erupted with chants of “Shame! Shame!” as news spread — some wondering if Zelensky is on track for his own Maidan moment. Even G7 ambassadors are “seriously concerned” and plan to confront the Ukrainian government about the SBU’s investigation targeting NABU.
