For this series we are presenting Two views onto the War on Terror, Operation Iraqi Freedom & Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. @CobraOneTwelve video can be found here: The War in Afghanistan was a conflict that took place from 2001 to 2021. It began when the United States and its allies invaded Afghanistan as apart of its global war on terror. The war ended with the insurgents regaining power after a 19 years and 10 months-long insurgency; in conjunction with a dramatic and controversial withdrawal of NATO forces.
