On the menu we have fancy avocado toast poached egg, cauliflower buffalo wings, and a mushroom white sauce spaghetti. Bon appetit ~ ------------------------------------------ Subscribe and become a Jem today: ------------------------------------------ ➫ Shop my clothing line Eggie: ------------------------------------------ ➫ Instagram: ➫ Twitter: ➫ Facebook: ➫ Spotify: ➫ Snapchat: ➫ Spotify: ➫ TikTok: ------------------------------------------ ❐ FIND BEN HERE ❐ ➥ Website: ➥ Instagram : ➥ ------------------------------------------ ❐ RECIPES ❐ FANCY AVOCADO WITH POACHED EGG Ingredients ➥ 1 Avocado ➥ Baby Tomatoes ➥ Red Onion ➥ Dill ➥ Feta Cheese ➥ Slice of Bread ➥ 1/4 cup Pine Nuts ➥ 1 Egg Directions ① Smash an avocado and add olive oil, salt and pepper. ② Prep your veggies by slicing the tomatoes into quarters and thinly slice your red onion and dill for garnish. ③ Fry the pine nuts on a medium heat pan with no oil for 4-5 minutes, until brown. ④ Then add vinegar, salt and pepper to boiling water then using a whisk create a whirlpool. ⑤ Carefully add the egg using a bowl and leave for 60-90 seconds. ⑥ Plate the ingredients then add feta cheese to finish. CAULIFLOWER BUFFALO WINGS Ingredients ➥ 1 Cauliflower Head ➥ 1/2 cup Almond Flour ➥ 1/2 Oat Milk (or any milk of your choice) ➥ 1 tsp Paprika ➥ 2 tsp Garlic Powder ➥ 1 tbsp Butter ➥ 1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce ➥ 1 Lemon Wedge ➥ 2 Carrots ➥ 2 Celery ➥ Ranch Dressing Directions ① Preheat your oven to 450F. ② Cut the cauliflower in half then carefully chop off each floret from the stem. Wash. ③ In a large bowl add the almond flour, oat milk, paprika and garlic powder. Mix with a whisk. ④ Add the cauliflower and mix until evenly coated. Place on a baking sheet evenly then add to the oven for 20 minutes. ⑤ For the sauce, add melted butter, buffalo Sauce and lemon juice to a bowl. Set aside. ⑥ Wash and finely chop the carrot and celery into fry shapes. ⑦ Take the cauliflower out the oven and coat with sauce (leave some sauce for dipping) then place back in the oven for 15-20 minutes. ⑧ Plate and serve. MUSHROOM WHITE SAUCE SPAGHETTI Ingredients ➥ 8 Baby Bella Mushrooms ➥ 4 Cloves of Garlic ➥ Spaghetti / Fettuccine ➥ 1/4 cup Cream Cheese ➥ 1/4 cup Sour Cream ➥ 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese ➥ 1 Zucchini ➥ 1 tsp Truffle Salt Directions ① Prep by thinly slicing the mushrooms and garlic. ② Add olive oil to a medium heat pan then add the mushrooms and cook for 7 minutes or until golden brown. ③ Then add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. ④ Add spaghetti to a pot with salted boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes (or follow directions on packaging). ⑤ Take a 1/4 cup of the pasta water and add to the pan on a low heat. Add the parmesan and stir. ⑥ Slice zucchini strips and add to the pan for 2 minutes. ⑦ Lastly, add the spaghetti and stir well.
