CORRUPTION: The military administration head of Poltava stole 200 million out of 300 million for fortifications! 2/3 of the money for fortifications was stolen, says Ukranian MP Skorokhod. The guy refused to answer any questions and went off, he is directly appointed by Zelensky’s second man Yermak. Zelensky and Yermak obviously get kickbacks, as Skorokhod hits.
